The first-ever 水果派 Grill and Chill was held on Wednesday, Aug. 31. Students, community members, and 水果派 employees all stopped to have a snack, enjoy the music by DJ Relleck, and chat with others.
The event was hosted by the Multicultural Center, which has regular events slated through the academic year. Njeri Clement, director at the MCC, invited community organizations to attend to provide information to 水果派 students.
Several students showed up, including the Automotives class and the Cyclones Baseball team. The event was such a success that they ran out of food!
